What is Printed Sheet?

Printed sheet metal models are products produced with different alternative designs. The method and mechanical properties of printed sheet, which are frequently used in the iron and steel industry, may vary depending on the type of product you prefer. After going through a series of procedures, the printed sheets, which finally take the sheet form, become ready to be used efficiently according to their usage areas.

Printed sheets, which are highly preferred in domestic and international markets, have thicknesses between 0 mm and 2.00 mm. It is known that their length can reach up to 4000 mm. Printed sheets, which can reveal a flexible range of motion regarding dimensions, are offered in accordance with standard sizes, as well as according to your personal preferences.

Descriptions

  1. The quality specified in this table is produced at İsdemir facilities within the framework of agreements made with customers.
  2. In this quality, it is produced in such a way that roll breakage does not occur.
  3. Mechanical testing is not performed according to production practices.
  4. In the chemical composition of the steel, min. For grades with 0.020% Al, the upper limit value of N is not applied.
  5. These grades are produced as fully stagnant and have a minimum Al/N ratio of 2:1.
  6. The carbon equivalent is calculated according to the formula CEV (IIW) % = C + Mn / 6 + (Cr + Mo + V) / 5 + (Ni + Cu) / 15.
  7. For S275 and S355 grades, max. Carbon equivalent (CEV) is increased by 0.02% for %Si ≤ 0.04 and 0.01% for %Si ≤ 0.25.
  8. It is suitable for galvanized coating as “Category A”. In category A, the limit of Si ≤ 0.030% and Si+2.5P ≤ 0.090% applies
  9. It is suitable for galvanized coating as “Category B”. In category B, the limit of Si 0.14≤ Si ≤0.25% applies.
  10. In line with production practices, the suitability for galvanized coating can be considered subject to negotiation at the order stage. Compliance classes for galvanization are applied as Si ≤ 0.030% and Si+2.5P ≤ 0.090% limit in Category A class, Si 0.14≤ Si ≤0.25% limit in Category B class, Si 0.25< Si ≤0.35% limit in Category D class.
  11. Max. It is produced up to 8 mm thickness.

Usage areas

Printed sheets are preferred in different sectors. Printed sheets used on the floor surface, printed sheets that enable non-slip surfaces are also used in seaside facilities with walkways, truck and lorry boxes, ramps and ship surfaces. Printed sheets used on the exterior of buildings in the form of decoration are the sheets that you can encounter in many different points of daily life.
