What is a Polyethylene Coated Natural Gas Installation Pipe?

All of our Natural Gas pipes are normalized (annealed), free of internal burrs, and have high corrosion resistance. Our PE Coated Natural Gas pipes are coated in accordance with DIN 30670:2012-4 norm.

Production Standards

Our Natural Gas Pipes in the range of ½”~3” are produced in GrB quality.

Our Natural Gas Pipes in the range of 4”~12” are produced in X42 – PSL2 quality.

Coating Properties

  • Standard Coating Color: Yellow (Coating can be done in black, red and white.)
  • Standard Coating Material: LDPE (MDPE or HDPE can also be used according to the specification.)
  • The pipe is supplied bare 100 mm from its ends.
  • A yellow plastic plug is attached as standard.
  • 3 layers of coating is done.
  • The coating is made by the extrusion method.

Wall Thickness: 4.78 mm – 25.4 mm

Length It can be delivered in the desired length between 8.0 – 24.50 m according to the customer’s request.
